Aaron Joshua is new to drug/ alcohol recovery meetings where he feels nervous and afraid to share. Therefore, he uses mental images of poetry and nature to alleviate the discomfort and to hopefully overcome his fear, both of which are crucial for recovering from addiction. Aaron Joshua finds this easier said than done.
