This time hated villain Adolf Robotler reappears and wants to become President & Reichskanzler of Ghana with the help of his henchmen. But something seems off with Adolf; some think he is a robot, also In his way are local Kung Fu hero Addo (younger brother of Addae from part 1) and his sidekick Sek Tin.
