A ghost is seriously disturbing the beautiful tenants in the house where the husband of his ex lover killed him. In order for them to get rid of him permanently, he makes them a very risque proposal. This isn't your average friendly ghost! Though he does bring each of the tenants the gift of a hard pole they can ride all night long!
