Nestled in the remote mountains of Yunnan, Gui De Hai Primary is the only school in Gui De Hai Village. Due to a shortage of teachers, it can only accommodate grades one to four. At the end of the summer, the grade four class will have to leave the village to continue their education elsewhere. This is the story of their final year.
