Decent watch, could watch again, and can recommend, probably more for a younger audience. For a movie about technology that would make you into a speedster, you'd think this would be phenomenal. The "hyperspeed" effect itself and it's presentation in the movie is amazing, even with the "mad scientist" trope accompanying it. The cast isn't bad by far, but, for this, they could have been quit...
