If You Were Here Again

In 1998, on the eve of a massive storm, a young boy witnessed a murder and became a fugitive. 25 years later, on the night of an equally large storm, a woman accidentally found a channel to communicate with the boy-right before the boy witnessed the murder. The woman manages to prevent the boy's death, but with another unexpected effect.
