In a quiet British seaside town, Santana, a troubled young woman desperate to escape her suffocating family, runs away with her volatile boyfriend Frank. The pair marry in a rundown coastal venue, hoping for a fresh start — but their new life is shattered when a mysterious car rams into them on a rural night road, killing Santana instantly and leaving Frank consumed by grief and obsession.
