This documentary film is about the life and career of Doris Wishman, one of the few female film directors working in the industry as far back as the 1950s. The documentary takes a close look at how this trailblazing female auteur snuck into the male-dominated film business through the back-door of "Sexploitation" filmmaking, which eventually led to her making over 30 features during a career spanning four decades.
