Due to various circumstances, many children work on the streets of La Paz, Bolivia. Although a group of Catholic priests helps them, they are endangered by organ traffickers and drug dealers. When one of the children is kidnapped and the perpetrators evade the Bolivian police, the Blessed Virgin Mary intervenes, performing miraculous acts.
