King Me explores the surreal world of competitive checkers play as seen through the eyes of South African township resident, Lubabalo Kondlo. With the help of some sympathetic Americans and under the radar of oppressive forces in his homeland, Kondlo, traveled to the U.S. to compete in the U.S. National Championship of Checkers.
