Joakims mother has a new boyfriend. He named Reidar and has two sons the same age as Joakim. But mother and Susan is so engrossed by their infatuation that they do not see how differently their boys are. Dive is a film about constellation "your children and my children", where reality is anything but idyllic despite the sun is shining and it's twenty degrees in the water.
