In the mid-1990s, one morning in Istanbul, a young man named Deniz Şahin is abducted from his street by armed and civilian individuals. The young man is taken to the interrogation center of the counter-guerrilla organization JİTEM, and his captors are members of the JİTEM team. The team's goal is to extract information about the organization's activities from Deniz Şahin, whom they accused of being a member of the organization.
