19 year-old Kohei, who's been isolating himself from the society due to having bullied at junior high, accidentally sees an online video of Yusuke, the guy who used to bully him. Yusuke's been recording people fighting on the streets without their permissions and uploading the videos online. Kohei, who is craving for revenge, decides to confront him.
