Project Silence is, in essence, a Korean Cujo, with a few extra's. First off, there's the attack dogs, military experiments, who have gone awry. Its no a bad start, helped by the addition of disaster film tropes such as really bad car pile up's, crashing helicopters, negative weather conditions and more.
