12-yearold Sanela, growing up in a muslim family, loves swimming and wants to attend a swimming competition at her school but her path changes when she gets her first period. The theme of the film is religious and cultural conflict between the West and Islam through the eyes of youth growing up between the values of the western society and the islamic tradition.
