Former collaborator and alumnus of playwright and filmmaker Shuji Terayama and his theater troupe Tenjo Sajiki, which he joined at the age of 17. He has worked as a playwright, filmmaker and designer and collaborated with various famous names of the angura scene such as Nobuyoshi Araki and Isao Yamada.
