Turkish screenwriter and author. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Ankara. He graduated from Middle East Technical University, Department of Mechanical Engineering in 1992. Since 1998, he worked as the editor of the Popular Science Books series at TÜBITAK. He translated scientific works. In addition to his work as a writer, Bicakci worked as a screenwriter for Seyfi Teoman's 2011 film "Bizim Büyük Çaresizligimizimiz" and as an assistant director for Muzaffer Özdemir's 2011 film "Yurt".
