Fikrat Guliyev was an Azerbaijani actor. About 2-3 years after the film "The Life Tests Us", which brought him fame, he got into a car accident and was later unable to continue his acting career due to the defects in his hand, leg, and ribs - except for only 2-3 episodic roles. One of them was the film "The Legend of Gumushgol" filmed in 1984. In that film, he played the character of Safar. Then he started working as an assistant director at a film studio. He lost all his family members, first his parents, and then his sister died. He moved from Azerbaijan to escape the dark days of his life, and passed away at the age of 35.
