At the age of 9, she began modeling and appeared in local TV commercials.She was crowned Miss Texas Teen at 14 when she also began her acting career. She moved to LA at age 16 and she soon started landing roles in movies and TV series. She married Mark Dacascos in 1998 and they have three children.
