as Ice Cream Customer Rumble in the Bronx Alex To Tak-Wai (杜德偉) is a Hong Kong singer and actor. He was born Alejandro Delfino to Filipino singer Ollie Delfino and Chinese singer Zhang Lu (張露). In 1986, he released his debut album Zhi Xiang Liu Xia (只想留下) in Cantonese. In 1990, he released his first Mandarin album Tan Qing Shuo Ai (談情說愛) in Taiwan.
