Chandra Timothy Liow or better known as Chandra Liow is an Indonesian actor and YouTuber. He is also known as one of the founding figures of Indovidgram, an Instagram video community throughout Indonesia. He studied at Multimedia Nusantara University majoring in Visual Communication Design (DKV) class of 2012, but was not completed.
