Pedro Avellar

Pedro Avellar is a Director, Producer, and Assistant Director. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Film and Digital Media from IESB and a technical degree in Audio and Video Production from the Federal Institute of Brasília (IFB). He has been working in the field since 2021, participating in the production of short films, feature films, and television series, with works that have received both national and international recognition. Some of his projects include the feature films “Entre Quadras,” “O Capitão Astúcia,” and “Joãozinho: O filme”; as well as the short films “Re_compasso,” “Entre Lapsos,” “Retorno,” “Distrito 21,” “Video Deus,” “Além da Culpa,” “O Sonho de Abdias,” “Encontro com Darcy,” “Eunice, a primeira Senadora” and “Novo Livro Velho.”
